Job Description
- Oversee the entire milling process to ensure efficient production.
- Hire and manage workers in daily operations, schedule shifts, and allocate tasks to maximize productivity.
- Ensure all products meet established quality standards, implement quality assurance protocols, and conduct regular inspections.
- Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment and machinery, coordinate repairs, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Prepare reports on production costs and operational efficiency, generate detailed reports on production, quality, and safety metrics.
- Present findings to senior management and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with Israeli management to meet quotas, purchase and implement improvements into the system.
Requirement
- Male or female, under 45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in mill or manufacturing management.
- Proficiency in English.
