Job Description
Plant Maintenance & IT Engineer (Manufacturing, ID19674) wanted for a Foreign-invested company! $1500/month salary + opportunities to grow!
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for production and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain maintenance logs, equipment history, and key maintenance KPIs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for recurring failures.
- Develop, monitor, and optimize preventive maintenance programs in line with OEM standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory, assets, and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain and support IT systems including network, servers, PCs, CCTV, and end-user IT support.
Requirement
- Male, under 40 years old,
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance within electronic components manufacturing factories, with basic IT helpdesk experience
- Good English communication skills
