Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Planning Manager (Manufacturing, $2500, ID16865):
• In charge of the coordination of production capacity, material planning, and scheduling activities to maximize capacity output.
• Set up and implement methods and best practices related to the systems and processes that support inventory forecasting, purchasing, material control, and scheduling.
• Monitor organization in attaining key metrics including working capital, inventory turns, days on hand, on-time delivery, and schedule adherence.
• Well understanding department's key performance indicators and contributes to achieving these goals both individually and as a team.
• Cooperate with purchasing to develop and implement supplier strategies to ensure correct delivery, quality and supply flow of product from them.
• Foresee product needs by gathering, analyzing, and validating data
• Make bottlenecks and adjust material plans to eliminate delays in production
• Keep a safe and healthy work environment by implementing, maintaining and aligning company policies with health and safety regulations.
• Manage and evaluates direct reporting employee performance according to company standards for quality and productivity. Provides accurate, meaningful, and timely reviews.
• Develop, maintain and strengthen partnerships with others inside and outside of the organization

Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 5+ year’s related experience (manufacturing, supply chain, inventory management).
- 3+ years supervisory experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills
- Effective English communication is a must.
