Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Phó Trưởng Ca Sản Xuất (Cơ Khí, $500, ID16047)
- Quản lý, giám sát công đoạn sản xuất
- Phân ca, sắp xếp, phân công công việc của nhân viên.
- Lập kế hoạch đào tạo cho công nhân viên mới và kế hoạch đào tạo nâng cao nghiệp vụ
- Lập sơ đồ tổ chức của bộ phận.
- Báo cáo công việc, cải tiến về an toàn, 5S trong bộ phận...
- Đảm nhiệm tất cả các công việc khi cấp trên vắng mặt.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam, 25 tuổi trở lên
- Tốt nghiệp trung cấp trở lên các chuyên ngành kỹ thuật
- 1 năm kinh nghiệm tương đương trong mảng gia công, cơ khí
- Đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật cơ bản, sử dụng được các dụng cụ đo
