Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Phó Phòng Sản Xuất (Nhựa, 1000 USD, ID 17729)
- Phối hợp thực hiện kế hoạch sản xuất theo yêu cầu, phân chia nhiệm vụ cho các tổ sản xuất và tham gia hỗ trợ đào tạo nếu cần.
- Giám sát tiến trình sản xuất nhằm đảm bảo sản phẩm đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và giao hàng đúng thời hạn.
- Hỗ trợ Xưởng Trưởng trong công tác điều hành công nhân, đánh giá hiệu quả làm việc và tổ chức đào tạo nội bộ.
- Kết hợp với bộ phận bảo trì để đảm bảo máy móc vận hành ổn định, hạn chế sự cố gián đoạn sản xuất.
- Duy trì môi trường làm việc an toàn, gọn gàng và tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy định về vệ sinh công nghiệp.
- Thực hiện báo cáo sản xuất hàng ngày, ghi nhận các sự cố và đề xuất phương án cải tiến gửi lên Trưởng Phòng.
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên
- Từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương tại công ty sản xuất nhựa hoặc cao su
- Sử dụng được MS Office (Word, Excel) và phần mềm ERP.
