Job Description
- Quản lý và điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động sản xuất.
- Lập kế hoạch sản xuất, triển khai tổ chức sản xuất theo kế hoạch sản xuất.
- Chịu trách nhiệm kiểm soát về số lượng, chất lượng sản phẩm trong suốt quá trình sản xuất.
- Quản lý hiệu suất làm việc của công nhân viên, đề xuất các biện pháp nâng cao năng suất, tránh lãng phí và bất hợp lý trong sản xuất.
- Quản lý, điều tiết, sắp xếp nhân sự hợp lý và đảm bảo an toàn lao động.
Requirement
- Nam/ nữ, dưới 40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp từ Cao đẳng trở lên.
- 2 năm kinh nghiệm phó phòng sản xuất hoặc quản lý sản xuất tại công ty đồng phục
- Sử dụng tốt các dụng cụ đo, cắt, phay…(để sửa mẫu)
