Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tìm Phó Phòng Sản Xuất (Đúc Kim Loại, $800, ID 21611):
- Đảm nhiệm việc xây dựng hệ thống quy định, quy chuẩn thao tác và thiết lập chỉ tiêu hoạt động cho bộ phận chuyên trách.
- Tối ưu hóa vận hành dây chuyền sản xuất đúc, giám sát chặt chẽ các yếu tố thay đổi 4M, tiến độ cùng tiêu chuẩn chất lượng đầu ra.
- Kiểm soát và thực thi kế hoạch ngân sách, chi phí vận hành trong phạm vi phòng ban.
- Theo dõi tình trạng kỹ thuật, duy trì hiệu suất hoạt động của hệ thống máy móc đúc cũng như trang thiết bị đo lường chuyên dụng.
- Trực tiếp điều hành, hướng dẫn chuyên môn và nâng cao năng lực cho đội ngũ nhân sự cấp dưới.
- Phối hợp thực hiện các nhiệm vụ phát sinh theo chỉ đạo từ ban giám đôc.
Requirement
- Ứng viên Nam; Độ tuổi từ 35 – 40.
- Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp hệ Cao đẳng trở lên thuộc các khối ngành kỹ thuật.
- Tích lũy tối thiểu 3 - 5 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế trong mảng đúc tại các doanh nghiệp sản xuất kim loại, đúc nhôm hoặc linh kiện inox.
- Có xe đưa đón từ Hà Nội.
