Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Phó Phòng/Giám Sát/Kỹ Sư Sản Phẩm Mới (Tiếng Trung, $1600, ID16736):
1. Phát triển bao bì sản phẩm (Chiếm 80% công việc)

- Phối hợp với team thiết kế bao bì tại Trung Quốc để tiếp nhận, kiểm tra và chỉnh sửa mẫu thiết kế bao bì cho sản phẩm.
- Điều chỉnh thiết kế bao bì (kích thước, màu sắc, nội dung in ấn...) dựa trên yêu cầu của khách hàng, đảm bảo phù hợp quy trình đóng gói.
- Phát triển cấu trúc bao bì (cách mở, nắp, chiều dài...) để phù hợp với đặc thù sản phẩm mới.
- Hỗ trợ quản lý và theo dõi tiến độ phát triển sản phẩm mới (phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan).
- Theo dõi, tổng hợp báo cáo thử nghiệm mẫu và nguyên vật liệu mới.
- Tham gia xây dựng quy trình, cài đặt thông số máy và chuẩn bị sản xuất sản phẩm mới
- Hỗ trợ bộ phận QA/QC kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm
Requirement
- Nam, Từ 25 – 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành kỹ thuật
- 2 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên vị trí tương đương, có kinh nghiệm R&D sản phẩm (ưu tiên kinh nghiệm thiết kế sản phẩm (hộp, bao bì, ...)
- Sẵn sàng đào tạo ứng viên chưa có kinh nghiệm R&D nhưng có kinh nghiệm bảo dưỡng máy, biết sửa chữa máy, biết cấu tạo máy móc và hiểu rõ quy trình sản xuất trong nhà máy.
- Thành thạo tiếng Trung 4 kỹ năng
- Sử dụng thành Autocad, MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật
- Uu tiên biết sử dụng phần mềm thiết kế đồ hoạ AI.
