Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tìm kiếm Phó Giám Đốc Sản Xuất (Tiếng Trung, ID17535, 2200USD):
- Giám sát và hướng dẫn quy trình sản xuất, đảm bảo công suất và chất lượng
- Kiểm soát chi phí sản xuất, tối ưu hóa nguyên vật liệu và đề xuất cải tiến
- Xây dựng, sửa đổi và kiểm soát quy trình sản xuất, xử lý ngoại lệ
- Quản lý, đào tạo và đánh giá nhân sự trong dây chuyền sản xuất
- Phối hợp nội bộ và bên ngoài để đạt mục tiêu sản xuất và đáp ứng khách hàng
- Tổ chức và quản lý các nhóm sản xuất, kỹ thuật, chất lượng và vận hành.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 45 tuổi
- Tối nghiệp từ Cao đẳng trở lên các chuyên ngành kỹ thuật hoặc liên quan
- Có từ 5 năm kinh nghiệm với vị trí Phó Giám đốc hoặc Giám đốc sản xuất trong ngành điện tử hoặc pin năng lượng mặt trời
- Có kinh nghiệm thực tế về sản xuất tinh gọn
- Tiếng trung thành thạo 4 kỹ năng.
