Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài hiện đang tìm kiếm Phó Giám Đốc Kinh Doanh (B2B,Quảng Cáo, $2000, ID17823):
- Chịu trách nhiệm điều hành và phát triển tệp khách hàng của bộ phận;
- Xây dựng và triển khai các kế hoạch kinh doanh theo định hướng công ty;
- Quản lý và dẫn dắt đội ngũ từ 10 – 15 nhân viên kinh doanh nhằm đạt được các chỉ tiêu doanh số được giao;
- Hỗ trợ nhân viên trong việc làm việc với khách hàng tiềm năng, phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan của khách hàng để xây dựng phương án truyền thông phù hợp;
- Có năng lực quản lý đội nhóm và đào tạo, nâng cao năng lực cho nhân viên trong bộ phận;
- Báo cáo trực tiếp tình hình công việc cho Giám đốc Kinh doanh và COO.
Requirement
- Nam hoặc Nữ, từ 32 tuổi trở lên
- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên.
- Có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý đội ngũ kinh doanh từ 7 người trở lên trong các lĩnh vực ưu tiên: Truyền Thông, Quảng Cáo, Dịch Vụ, Tài Chính, Bảo Hiểm,...
- Thành thạo trong việc phân tích thị trường, có kỹ năng tiếp thị và quảng bá hiệu quả;
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, điều phối công việc tốt; có tư duy phân tích và năng lực giải quyết vấn đề linh hoạt;
- Nhiệt huyết, chăm chỉ, chịu được áp lực công việc cao;
