PE Engineer (Electronics/Mechanical)

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a PE Engineer (Electronics/Mechanical, $1.100, ID 19530):

• Lead pre-production and mass production activities to ensure products comply with required specifications.
• Review, analyze, and define assembly methods; estimate cutting and processing times.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce defect rates.
• Address production issues through innovative methods, advanced tools, and new technologies.
• Source, evaluate, and coordinate the procurement of machinery, equipment, tooling, and auxiliary materials; prepare necessary items for new product introduction.
• Optimize processes to ensure production capacity while lowering operational costs.
• Develop, update, and maintain standard documents, work instructions, and checklists for manufacturing operations.
• Assess and resolve issues related to production feasibility, technical limitations, and design improvements.
• Collaborate with the quality team to address quality problems and enhance product standards.
• Provide technical support to production teams based on job requests.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and maintain good housekeeping conditions.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and submit periodic updates to the direct supervisor.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

• Male; Age: 24 - 45 years old. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Engineer in factories specializing in machinery, mechanics, electrical or electronic products; experience in sewing machine manufacturing is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP systems.
• Good command of English
