Job Description
- Receive samples, images, and technical documents from customers for design purposes.
- Design and adjust patterns using Gerber software.
- Provide feedback on unreasonable technical specifications (if any) and suggest product adjustments based on requirements.
- Perform pattern making, and guide sample sewers to complete sample garments.
- Perform size grading and create measurement charts
- Inspect and fit samples after they are sewn.
- Address any pattern-related issues that arise during production.
- Create Bill of Materials (BOM) lists.
- Coordinate with the cutting department to balance material usage after production.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: Under 35 years old
- Graduate from University
- Have 3 years experience in bag products pattern design
- Good at Gerber softwares
- Use English effectively for reading and writing, prioritizing speaking
