Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for an Order Management Leader (Manufacturing, $800, ID21233)
- Receive and process customer orders.
- Monitor production output and update production progress.
- Manage inbound/outbound inventory transactions in the MES system.
- Coordinate daily shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Control inventory accuracy and maintain stock records.
- Prepare inventory and sales reports (daily/monthly).
- Conduct month-end inventory reconciliation.
- Update sales pricing and inventory data in the MES system.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure efficient inventory and delivery management.
- Support logistics, transportation, and shipping operations.
- Consolidate and report production plans, output, and inventory status.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position within manufacturing industries (electronics, garment, footwear, etc.).
- Experience in production planning is preferred.
- Good command of English; Korean language skills are an advantage.
- Experience in EPE companies is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure with a high sense of responsibility.
