Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Operations Service Manager ($1000, ID-16902)
- Act as the primary point of contact with clients, conducting thorough needs assessments and clarifying project scope.
- Develop and deliver detailed project proposals and quotations.
- Manage project lifecycle, providing ongoing support to the project team and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Build and lead a skilled team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and timely renewal.
- Report regularly to the Operations Manager on project progress and achievements.
Requirement
- Male/female; under 45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in the BPO/service industry.
- Good English skills.
