Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Operations Manager (Hotel, Negotiable, ID16771):
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all departments.
- Coordinate and supervise departments such as front desk, housekeeping, and customer service to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
- Address any customer-related issues, ensuring the best possible experience for guests during their stay.
- Manage, train, and evaluate staff to improve performance and enhance service quality.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in hotel management.
- Proficient in English.
