Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Operations & Customer Service Director (Chinese & English, $7000, ID21402)
- Oversee the overall office operations and administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective business support.
- Lead, develop, and supervise the management team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Formulate and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's vision, business objectives, and long-term growth plans.
- Establish annual business goals and budgets, monitor execution, and drive continuous performance improvement to achieve targeted results.
- Coordinate and align cross-regional business activities, ensuring effective communication, operational consistency, and successful execution across multiple locations.
- Demonstrate an inspirational and people-oriented leadership style that motivates employees, promotes engagement, and cultivates a high-performance culture.
- Lead the organization in achieving corporate objectives while executing global business strategies and driving sustainable business growth.
Requirement
- Male or female, under 50 years of age.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Operations and/or Customer Service, including at least 8 years in a Director-level leadership role.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale operations, driving business performance, and managing cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Strong strategic planning, operational excellence, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
