Job Description
- Oversee all daily operations of all assigned stores, motivating employees to meet sales targets with measurable results
- Create and put into action sales processes for sales teams, specialists, and other representatives.
- Conduct data research and analysis to generate sales forecasts
- Recruit, manage, train, develop, and coach all employees, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about the product and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure that product Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation adhere to the brand's guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments both locally and at the corporate level.
- Identify and propose workable programs to drive sales based on customer trends and behaviors in the various stores managed
- Maintain optimal store inventory
- Liaise with local Shopping Mall partners about ongoing and upcoming promotional programs, and takes the initiative to propose tactical programs as part of a collaborative effort
- Provide the Head Office with daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed
- Create a store visit plan, ensure regular frequency of visits, and provide a status update on store visits
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by superiors and management
Requirement
- Male/Female. Age: 35 - 45 years old
- Graduated with a major in Business Administration or related fields
- Have 5-10 years of experience in Retail operation (Fashion, Accessories, Jewelry business)
- Good at English
