Job Description
-
Operational Performance & Reporting: Monitor and report key operational metrics through the Factory Roadmap on a periodic basis to ensure alignment with corporate goals.

CAPEX & Capacity Management: Manage CAPEX (Capital Expenditure), ensuring that production capacity is optimized to meet customer requirements and strategic project needs.

Quality & Competitiveness: Guarantee high standards of quality, service level, and cost-competitiveness for both mass production and new project launches.

Cost & Inventory Control: Oversee inventory levels, manufacturing costs, and logistics expenses. Propose and implement robust cost-reduction measures.

Project Industrialization: Supervise the industrialization of new projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule while maintaining target profitability.

Stakeholder Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of employee engagement and customer satisfaction (focusing on On-Time Delivery - OTD and customer feedback).

Productivity Improvement: Develop and execute strategic plans to improve productivity, reduce scrap rates, and optimize logistics and inventory costs.

Budgeting & Planning: Prepare annual budgets for CAPEX, overheads, headcount, and define annual KPIs for the operations team.

Continuous Improvement: Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) to enhance operational efficiency.

Maintenance Strategy: Lead the maintenance strategy to minimize machine downtime by improving MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).

Global Strategy Alignment: Partner with the Plant Manager to implement the company’s global footprint and operational strategies.
Requirement

Education: * Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical / Electronics, Engineering, Automotive, or related technical fields.
Professional Experience: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in an equivalent Operations Management or senior leadership role. - Technical & Management Competencies:

Proven track record in Factory Operations Management.

Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain).
-
High proficiency in Strategic Thinking with the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable operational plans.

Language Skills:
-
Excellent command of English (4 skills). Must be able to lead meetings, present reports, and negotiate effectively in an international environment.
