Operation Manager (Medical Center)

1. Clinic Operations (40%)

• Direct daily operations to maximize productivity and service quality.

• Implement process improvements to enhance the patient experience.

• Manage corporate health check-up programs and facility maintenance.

• Ensure full compliance with healthcare laws and standards.

2. Human Resource Management

• Optimize workforce planning and lead recruitment for the operations team.

• Coach and develop staff through performance evaluations and training.

• Align manpower with booking volumes and business demands.

3. Strategic Leadership

• Advise the Board of Directors (BOD) on operational strategies and standardization.

• Lead change management initiatives and key projects.

• Represent the clinic to government authorities and external stakeholders.

• Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 6–8 years in healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Skills: * Proven track record in clinic/hospital management.

  • Expertise in process optimization and problem-solving.

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

• Language: Proficiency in English and/or Japanese
