Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Operation Manager (Hospitality, 2800$, ID 16693):
- Manage all resort amusement activities to ensure all guest satisfaction objectives within the outlet are achieved.
- Direct and control all subordinate associates to ensure that day-to-day operational matters are handled on
- Oversees the service standards in all activity areas ensuring that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Plan and execute activities as directed.
- Ensure safety standards are followed by all associates all the time.
- Be responsible for all on-duty staff and ensuring that associates are properly performing amusement activities resort.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Age: Under 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation, Event Management, or related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the same position
- Fluent in English
