Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Operation Manager (Garment, ID19954, 2000 USD):
  • Resource & Capacity Management: Optimize the allocation of manpower, machines, and materials. Ensure production readiness and prevent disruptions through meticulous line balancing.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify operational risks (delays/shortages) and lead cross-functional teams to implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs (Efficiency, Output, Utilization) and deliver data-driven reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.

  • Process Optimization: Drive Lean initiatives to reduce waste, shorten lead times, and standardize best practices across all production lines.

  • Strategic Planning: Oversee equipment investment, inventory flow, and the digitalization of systems (ERP/Production tracking).

Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Garment Technology, or Supply Chain.

  • Experience: 5–8+ years in manufacturing, with 2–3 years in a managerial role. Experience in garment/sewing factories (bags, backpacks, rainwear) is highly preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in production planning, IE principles, and workflow optimization.

  • Competencies: Strong leadership, data-driven mindset, and the ability to operate under high pressure.

  • Language: Fluency in English.
