Job Description
Become an Operation Director (International Port, Open for Vietnamese & Expat) at a foreign-invested company and earn $6.000/month!
- Lead and manage the port operations team, ensuring effective and safe day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (logistics, warehousing, customs, etc.) to optimize workflows and improve overall performance.
- Ensure all operational procedures comply with safety, environmental protection, and legal regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) of the port, and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
- Manage operational budgets and costs, ensuring cost-effective practices are followed.
- Implement strategies and initiatives to streamline processes, reduce time, and minimize costs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in port operations or logistics, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior management position.
- Strong knowledge of port operation processes, management systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
