OEM Sales & Operation Manager (FMCG)

Annual Planning

• Develop the yearly operational plan for the OEM & Copacking department, including the business operation strategy, operational budget, and workforce plan, to ensure stable, efficient, and continuous departmental performance

Management of OEM & Copacking Business Operations

• Design and implement operational plans for OEM & Copacking activities in alignment with the company’s strategic goals and directions to maintain efficiency and sustainable business growth.
• Contribute to the development of pricing structures to ensure standardized pricing models while safeguarding revenue and profitability for OEM & Copacking operations.
• Oversee and track the revenue performance of OEM & Copacking activities and recommend improvement initiatives to ensure revenue targets are achieved according to the approved budget.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers while acting as a liaison between the company’s internal departments and the relevant customer teams to guarantee smooth OEM & Copacking operations and strengthen customer loyalty.

Develop and Update Internal Processes

• Establish and refine internal procedures for the department to ensure clear and effective operational workflows.
• Review existing processes and propose updates or improvements for the OEM & Copacking department to ensure they remain standardized, well-communicated to users, and implemented efficiently.

Employee Management

• Supervise, coach, and motivate team members while optimizing available resources to enhance staff productivity and overall work performance.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

• Male; Female, under 50 years old
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 5 years in sales management, operation management position - 3-5 years’ experience of B2B sales
• Have knowledge and experience in FMCG, especially. F&B industry
• Have great achievements exceeding the target in the position of sales representative or sales manager
• Good at English
