Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Nutrition Specialist (Poultry, $1.400, ID 17098):
- Develop Solutions for Poultry Production: Create and implement innovative solutions to improve poultry production processes, focusing on nutrition and overall productivity.
- Conduct Research: Perform in-depth research on poultry nutrition and physiology, analyzing the impact of various factors on poultry health and performance.
- Apply New Technologies: Integrate new technologies into the company’s poultry business, ensuring improvements in feed formulations, nutritional strategies, and production systems.
- Evaluation of Products: Assess the effectiveness of current products and develop new feed solutions to enhance poultry health, growth, and egg or meat production.
- Standardize Poultry Rearing Systems: Standardize systems for poultry rearing, ensuring consistent and efficient methods for managing poultry farms.
- Optimize Production Systems: Work on standardizing poultry production systems based on research findings, improving productivity and sustainability across operations.
- Support Feed Business: Provide technical support to the company's feed business, ensuring nutritional requirements of poultry are met and recommending improvements to feed products and strategies.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, veterinary services, and marketing, to apply research findings and improve business outcomes.
Requirement
- Male or Female; 28 - 35 years old.
- Ph.D. or MSc in Animal Science, focusing on poultry nutrition or related areas.
- Strong academic background in poultry nutrition, physiology, or animal science.
- 3 years of experience working at the same position
- Intermediate level in English, both written and spoken.
