Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an NPI Engineer (Electronics, English & Chinese speaking, $1.500, ID 19487):
- Lead NPI projects and serve as the main contact between customers and internal teams.
- Plan, organize, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to meet customer and company targets.
- Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, quality, and manufacturing departments to ensure smooth product ramp-up and stable mass production.
- Manage risk assessment, problem-solving, and change control during project development.
- Drive continuous improvement in process, quality, and cost efficiency for new products.
- Prepare and deliver regular project reports and presentations to management and customers.
- Build strong relationships with global customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/ Female; Under 45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the electronics industry.
- Proven track record in leading NPI / Product Launch / Project Transfer projects.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and BOM management.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) & Good at English.
