Job Description

Quản lý năng suất công đoạn: Theo dõi, phân tích và tối ưu tỷ lệ năng suất công đoạn sản xuất.

Phân tích và xử lý lỗi sản phẩm (NG): Phân tích nguyên nhân hàng lỗi. Áp dụng phương pháp 5M (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measurement) để tìm nguyên nhân gốc. Đề xuất và thực hiện các biện pháp cải tiến hiệu quả, làm đối sách cho lỗi lặp lại.

Cải tiến sản phẩm và quy trình: Đề xuất giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất, giảm thiểu lãng phí và lỗi phát sinh.

Hỗ trợ bộ phận sản xuất triển khai sản phẩm mới đúng theo thiết kế và tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật. Đảm bảo sản phẩm mới đi vào sản xuất ổn định, kiểm soát tốt chất lượng đầu ra.

Giám sát quy trình và đảm bảo chất lượng: Theo dõi và kiểm soát quy trình sản xuất để đảm bảo chất lượng và tiến độ. Kịp thời xử lý các sự cố kỹ thuật phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất hoặc từ phía khách hàng.
Requirement
- Giới tính: nam/nữ, dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành kỹ thuật hoặc chuyên ngành liên quan.
- Từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí trương đương cho các công ty điện tử, màn hình.
- Ưu tiên dùng được tiếng Hàn
