Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Import Export Specialist (EPE, $900, ID13708)
- Plan and implement plan of importing - exporting goods and materials
- Complete import and export procedures and documents
- Manage contracts, track debts related to import and export
- Responsible for trading activities, negotiating and signing contracts with customers and suppliers
- Search and supply goods such as machinery and equipment according to the company's needs
- Survey market prices, contact suppliers to grasp the situation of market prices, goods, raw materials and make price survey reports
- Find new customers, expand export markets according to the company's strategy
- Write reports, make annual payments
Requirement
- Male/Female, Age: 25-40
- Graduated from College or above majoring in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Import-Export
- At least 3 years in similar position in an EPE company
- Understanding the law related to import and export tax
- Good communication in English and report writing (Japanese is preferred)
