Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Nhân Viên Tiếng Trung (Marketing/Chăm Sóc Khách Hàng, 800$, ID17018)
- Cập nhật thông tin liên quan đến thị trường; khảo sát và thu thập dữ liệu, nghiên cứu khách hàng tiềm năng;
- Đề xuất kế hoạch, chiến lược Marketing, tham gia quảng bá và tìm kiếm khách hàng tiềm năng trên các phương tiện thông tin đại chúng, internet...
- Hỗ trợ khách hàng chuẩn bị và nộp hồ sơ, hỗ trợ khách hàng trong hoạt động kinh doanh;
- Gọi điện và/hoặc gặp gỡ khách hàng để cập nhật thông tin, giải quyết kịp thời các khiếu nại/yêu cầu của Khách hàng;
- Dịch tài liệu theo yêu cầu
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, dưới 35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, ưu tiên chuyên ngành Marketing.
- 3 năm kinh nghiệm tương đương, ưu tiên trong ngành BĐS, thương mại, dịch vụ ,...
- Tiếng trung thành thạo 4 kỹ năng, ưu tiên có thêm tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Hàn
