Job Description
Chúng tôi đang Tuyển Dụng Nhân Viên Thu Mua (Tiếng Anh / Tiếng Trung / Nhật, ID9892) cho một công ty sản xuất có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài. Mức lương 650 USD/tháng và cơ hội nghề nghiệp rộng mở
- Tiếp nhận và tổng hợp nhu cầu mua hàng phục vụ các dự án trong nước.
- Phụ trách thu mua vật tư, linh kiện và các sản phẩm phục vụ sản xuất theo yêu cầu của dự án.
- Làm việc với Công ty mẹ tại Nhật Bản và Chi nhánh tại Thượng Hải để thực hiện đặt hàng, theo dõi và điều phối tiến độ cung ứng.
- Theo dõi tiến độ đơn hàng, đảm bảo hàng hóa được giao đúng thời hạn và đúng địa điểm theo yêu cầu.
- Quản lý, cập nhật dữ liệu mua hàng và sắp xếp hồ sơ, chứng từ một cách khoa học, chính xác.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để cung cấp đầy đủ hồ sơ, chứng từ cho Kế toán đối chiếu và chốt công nợ.
- Xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến đơn hàng và tiến độ giao hàng.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Trưởng phòng Mua hàng và quản lý người Nhật.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, độ tuổi từ 24–35
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Thu mua, ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc tại các công ty sản xuất.
- Có kỹ năng tìm kiếm nhà cung cấp, đàm phán và quản lý đơn hàng.
- Sử dụng được tiếng Trung, tiếng Nhật hoặc tiếng Anh.
- Thành thạo Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); có kinh nghiệm sử dụng ERP/SAP hoặc các phần mềm quản lý mua hàng là lợi thế.
