Job Description
- Tiếp nhận model từ Pattern Manager và báo cáo tiến độ công việc
- Thiết kế rập giày dựa trên tech-pack
- Tham gia họp nội bộ và làm việc với khách hàng để chỉnh sửa, hoàn thiện rập
- Phát triển và tạo các công cụ sản xuất: pattern giấy/PVC, khuôn cắt, mold, dưỡng may, chương trình may/thêu…
- Xây dựng và tối ưu quy trình sản xuất giày phù hợp với máy móc của nhà máy
- Thực hiện giày mẫu để kiểm tra trước các giai đoạn: GTM, Line, Sales Sample
- Kiểm tra và theo dõi toàn bộ các công đoạn: cutting, stitching, nosew, lasting
- Phối hợp với các bên liên quan trong quá trình phát triển mẫu
- Đào tạo, hỗ trợ nhân viên pattern mới
- Cập nhật, cải tiến kỹ thuật và đáp ứng yêu cầu mới từ khách hàng
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ, Độ tuổi: 25 – 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong các công ty sản xuất giày thể thao
- Biết sử dụng phần mềm Dimension
