Job Description
- Thiết kế, lên ý tưởng mặt bằng công năng và phối cảnh 3D
- Tiếp nhận thông tin, phân tích các yêu cầu thiết kế từ khách hàng để tư vấn và định hướng thiết kế cho khách hàng
- Triển khai và phối hợp với kỹ sư hiện trường để theo dõi và quán lý dự án
- Phối hợp với trưởng nhóm thiết kế và các bộ môn kết cấu, điện nước để hoàn thiện hồ sơ thi công
- Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ, Độ tuổi: 25-35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành liên quan kiến trúc, thiết kế
- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm Thiết kế nội thất, ưu tiên đã làm về kiến trúc, phong cách Nhật Bản
- Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm: 3D Max, Sketchup, Autocad, Photoshop
- Ưu tiên có Tiếng Nhật N3 trở lên hoặc Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt
