Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Nhân Viên Thiết Kế, Gia Công, Lắp Ráp (Theo Diện Phái Cư):
Nhân viên sẽ tham gia chương trình phái cử, luân chuyển làm việc giữa Nhật Bản và Việt Nam theo lộ trình:
- Giai đoạn 1: Đào tạo tiếng Nhật trong vòng 01 năm tại Việt Nam (dự kiến bắt đầu từ 05/2025).
- Giai đoạn 2: Đào tạo kỹ năng chuyên môn và làm việc thực tế tại nhà máy Hà Nam trong 6 tháng.
- Giai đoạn 3: Phái cử sang Nhật Bản (Gunma) làm việc trong 3 – 5 năm.
- Giai đoạn 4: Sau khi hoàn thành thời gian làm việc tại Nhật, trở về Việt Nam tiếp tục làm việc tại nhà máy Hà Nam tối thiểu 03 năm.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ
- Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp hoặc đang trong năm cuối hệ Đại học
- Chuyên ngành: Ưu tiên các ngành:
- Điện, Điện tử
- Cơ khí, Cơ điện tử
- Cơ khí động lực
- Tự động hóa
- Ưu tiên: Ứng viên đã có nền tảng tiếng Nhật hoặc có mong muốn học và làm việc lâu dài tại Nhật Bản.
