Job Description
- Tiếp nhận yêu cầu đơn hàng từ khách hàng, cung cấp thông tin và giải đáp các thắc mắc (nếu có).
- Thuyết phục và đàm phán với khách hàng về các điều khoản hợp đồng.
- Tiếp nhận yêu cầu sản phẩm mẫu từ khách hàng
- Lên lịch giao hàng cho nhà cung cấp, lịch giao hàng cho đối tác và lịch xuất kho cho bộ phận sản xuất
- Giải quyết các vấn đề có thể phát sinh trong quá trình chuẩn bị hàng
- Chuẩn bị các giấy tờ, chứng từ thông quan cho bộ phận Xuất nhập khẩu
- Làm việc với bộ phận vận chuyển để sắp xếp lịch xuất kho hàng
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ, Độ tuổi: Dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp từ Cao đẳng trở lên
- Có từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm theo dõi đơn hàng may mặc, biết đọc hiểu PO, yêu cầu sản phẩm, thông số kỹ thuật và các trao đổi liên quan đến đơn hàng
- Thành thạo Excel, Word, Outlook/email, ưu tiên các phần mềm quản lý đơn hàng/ERP nếu công ty có sử dụng.
- Tiếng Nhật giao tiếp tốt
