Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Nhân Viên Sản Xuất Linh Kiện Khuôn (Thép, 700 USD, ID 21235):
- Đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật (AutoCAD), tiếp nhận chỉ thị và kế hoạch sản xuất từ Quản lý bộ phận.
- Trực tiếp thiết lập thông số, gá đặt khuôn thép và vận hành hệ thống máy dập, máy cắt dây đảm bảo quá trình gia công diễn ra liên tục, đúng tiến độ.
- Chủ động sử dụng các thiết bị đo lường chuyên dụng (thước cặp, panme, đồng hồ so, máy đo 2D/3D) để kiểm tra kích thước hình học và độ chính xác của linh kiện sau dập.
- Phối hợp linh hoạt với các nhóm QC, Bảo trì và Kỹ thuật khuôn để khắc phục nhanh các lỗi sản phẩm (bavia, mẻ khuôn...) hoặc sự cố máy móc tại xưởng.
- Duy trì công tác vệ sinh, bảo dưỡng máy định kỳ; tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt quy định an toàn lao động, tiêu chuẩn 5S và nội quy xưởng sản xuất.
- Cập nhật tiến độ công việc, sản lượng thực tế và báo cáo ngay các bất thường cho Quản lý trực tiếp.
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên (chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Chế tạo, Tự động hóa...).
- Có kinh nghiệm thực tế về vận hành máy dập thép, hiểu biết sâu về kết cấu khuôn dập/khuôn thép và máy cắt dây.
- Biết sử dụng phần mềm AutoCAD và đọc thành thạo bản vẽ kỹ thuật.
