Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tìm kiếm Nhân Viên Quản Lý Kí Túc Xá (Tiếng Trung, $600, ID 21663)
- Triển khai toàn bộ thủ tục hành chính, quy trình đăng ký và kiểm soát hồ sơ, giấy tờ ra vào kí túc xá phục vụ chuyên gia và nhân sự người nước ngoài
- Đảm nhận công tác quản lý hành chính cho khu kí túc xá
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận khác để duy trì trật tự và hoạt động ổn định tại khu kí túc xá.
- Thực hiện các tác nghiệp hành chính văn phòng phát sinh khác theo phân công của cấp trên.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nữ, Độ tuổi: Dưới 35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo 4 kỹ năng
- Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm, ưu tiên đã từng xử lý các nghiệp vụ hành chính văn phòng
