Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Nhân Viên Quản Lý Đơn Hàng (Tiếng Trung & Tiếng Anh, $1200, ID19736):
- Tiếp nhận đơn hàng từ Sale Trung Quốc, xác nhận trạng thái đơn.
- Theo dõi sản xuất và tiến độ đơn hàng.
- Làm việc với khách hàng, nhà cung cấp và các bộ phận nội bộ (sản xuất, kho, QA, logistics).
- Sử dụng tiếng Trung làm việc với Sale Trung Quốc và khách hàng.
- Dùng tiếng Anh giao tiếp khi khách đến nhà máy.
- Theo dõi tiến độ xe địa hình, xử lý phát sinh.
- Kiểm tra chất lượng, số lượng trước khi xuất hàng.
- Chuẩn bị chứng từ: hợp đồng, hóa đơn, packing list, lịch giao hàng.
- Hỗ trợ xuất nhập khẩu và báo cáo định kỳ.
- Xử lý khiếu nại khách hàng.
Requirement
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên.
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo 4 kỹ năng.
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp nghe – nói tốt.
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm theo dõi đơn hàng tại công ty sản xuất FDI.
- Thành thạo Excel, Word, Email.
- Giao tiếp tốt, cẩn thận, chịu áp lực tiến độ.
