Job Description
- Tiếp nhận, xử lý khiếu nại của khách hàng và theo dõi phản hồi xác nhận.
- Liên hệ với khách hàng và sắp xếp cuộc họp khi phát hiện sản phẩm có vấn đề.
- Tổng hợp và phân tích số liệu khiếu nại từ khách hàng.
- Soạn thảo và trình bày báo cáo chất lượng.
- Khi có khiếu nại, tiến hành điều tra nguyên nhân, thông báo cho các bên liên quan và lập báo cáo cải tiến theo phương pháp 8D
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ, Độ tuổi: Dưới 35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp từ cao đẳng
- Có 1 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan đến QE, đối ứng khách hàng tại công ty sản xuất
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo nghe nói, đánh máy ( để làm việc với khách hàng)
