Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Nhân Viên QA/QC (Nội thất, Tiếng Trung, $1000, ID20062):
- Đóng vai trò là đầu mối chính giữa khách hàng và công ty trong các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng.
- Tiếp nhận, xử lý và theo dõi các ý kiến phản hồi, khiếu nại từ khách hàng, đảm bảo mọi vấn đề được giải quyết nhanh chóng và đúng quy trình.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận Sản xuất, QC và các phòng ban liên quan để phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ của lỗi (RCA), đồng thời đề xuất và theo dõi việc thực hiện các hành động khắc phục và phòng ngừa (CAPA).
- Theo dõi hiệu quả của các biện pháp cải tiến và tổng hợp báo cáo kết quả.
- Kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm bằng cách giám sát việc tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và yêu cầu từ khách hàng.
- Đảm bảo sản phẩm đầu ra đạt yêu cầu trước khi giao đến khách hàng.
- Lập các báo cáo liên quan đến tình hình chất lượng, khiếu nại và hoạt động cải tiến.
- Trao đổi, làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng bằng tiếng Trung.
- Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ cho cấp trên và khách hàng.
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 38 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học
- Có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí QA/QC cho nhà máy sx sản phẩm nội thất, kim loại trong nội thất hoặc các vật liệu liên quan đến nội thất.
- Tiếng trung giao tiếp tốt.
- Kỹ năng đối ứng khách hàng tốt.
