Job Description
- Chịu trách nhiệm theo dõi ngày ra hàng (CRD) của nhà máy tại khu vực Đông Nam Á.
- Nhận SI và VGM, ISF để gửi hoặc tự khai báo cho hãng tàu/FWD.
- Phối hợp với QC để theo sát ngày kiểm định, kết quả kiểm định của nhà máy.
- Biết sắp xếp để lên booking hợp lý.
- Theo dõi và gửi Booking, SI phù hợp.
- Thường xuyên cập nhật các quy định mới về XNK.
- Lên INV và booking chuyển phát nhanh cho các lô hàng mẫu.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của quản lý.
Requirement
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực xuất nhập khẩu từ 6 tháng trở lên.
- Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp, Cao Đẳng, Đại học , ưu tiên cùng chuyên ngành.
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp, ưu tiên tiếng Trung giao tiếp.
- Thành thạo vi tính văn phòng.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
- Khả năng tự tổ chức và đa nhiệm tốt.
- Tự lập, chăm chỉ và chủ động, tinh thần làm việc nhóm.
