Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Nhân Viên Kinh Doanh (Tiếng Nhật, 1000 USD, ID 21358):
- Tiếp cận, tư vấn và triển khai giải pháp sản phẩm đèn chiếu sáng vào các công trình, dự án quy mô lớn.
- Duy trì, củng cố mối quan hệ bền vững với các đối tác sẵn có của công ty (Chủ đầu tư, tổng thầu...). Do đặc thù các tệp khách hàng hiện tại của công ty đang ký kết rất ổn định, nhân sự sẽ tập trung phối hợp để khi kết thúc dự án này sẽ có ngay các dự án khác.
- Tìm hiểu thị trường, mở rộng kết nối với các khách hàng tiềm năng mới tại khu vực miền Nam.
- Tập trung khai thác tập khách hàng chính bao gồm: Các đơn vị Chủ đầu tư, Tổng thầu xây dựng, các công ty thiết kế/thi công nội thất thầu các chuỗi nhà hàng, resort, khách sạn lớn, các dự án nhà xưởng, trung tâm thương mại, dự án dân dụng và thương mại khác...
- Gặp gỡ đối tác, đàm phán hợp đồng, phối hợp thực hiện và theo dõi tiến độ dự án.
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 35 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên.
- Có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm Sales dự án, Sales B2B. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành Đèn chiếu sáng, Vật liệu xây dựng (VLXD), Nội thất hoặc các sản phẩm thầu dự án tương đương.
- Tiếng Nhật sử dụng tốt (trình độ tương đương N2 trở lên), tự tin đàm phán trực tiếp với các đối tác người Nhật.
