- Phân tích yêu cầu an ninh của khách hàng và đề xuất các giải pháp an ninh mạng phù hợp.
- Tham gia các cuộc thảo luận kỹ thuật với khách hàng và trình bày kế hoạch thiết kế và triển khai an ninh.
- Thể hiện sản phẩm và thực hiện Proof of Concept để chứng minh giá trị của các giải pháp cho khách hàng.
- Hỗ trợ soạn thảo đề xuất và thương lượng với khách hàng để ký kết hợp đồng.
- Hỗ trợ lắp đặt và cấu hình các hệ thống an ninh của khách hàng và giải quyết kịp thời các vấn đề phát sinh.
- Theo dõi liên tục môi trường an ninh của khách hàng, xác định các lỗi và đưa ra phương án cải thiện.
- Tổ chức các cuộc họp định kỳ với khách hàng để đánh giá tình trạng an ninh và xác định thêm nhu cầu.
- Hỗ trợ xử lý nhanh và phục hồi trong trường hợp xảy ra sự cố an ninh
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, dưới 35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại Học trở nên trong lĩnh vực CNTT hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan
- Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm tương đương, có kinh nghiệm tư vấn / bán hàng trong lĩnh vực IT
- Hiểu biết tốt về lĩnh vực IT: hạ tầng, network, server, security
- Tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Hàn sử dụng tốt
