Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài đang cần tuyển vị trí Chuyên Viên Hỗ Trợ Kỹ Thuật Điện (Nữ, Làm Văn Phòng, $500, ID 21541):
- Đảm nhiệm công tác xây dựng bản vẽ kỹ thuật điện, triển khai bóc tách dự toán vật tư và lập kế hoạch ngân sách cho các công trình.
- Phối hợp thiết lập bản vẽ thi công chi tiết, hỗ trợ theo dõi tiến độ và kiểm soát chất lượng kỹ thuật trong quá trình triển khai thực địa.
- Chuẩn bị và hoàn thiện toàn bộ hệ thống hồ sơ trình duyệt vật tư, thiết bị; lập hồ sơ nghiệm thu bàn giao và tài liệu hướng dẫn vận hành hệ thống.
- Đóng vai trò trợ lý kỹ thuật/hỗ trợ văn phòng cho đội ngũ Kỹ sư điện chính trong việc xử lý các thủ tục, giấy tờ và hồ sơ bản vẽ liên quan.
- Thảo luận và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ chuyên môn khác theo sự phân công từ cấp quản lý
Requirement
- Nhân sự Nữ (yêu cầu bắt buộc), độ tuổi dưới 33.
- Trình độ chuyên môn: Tốt nghiệp Đại học hệ chính quy chuyên ngành Điện hoặc các lĩnh vực kỹ thuật điện tương đương
- Ưu tiên nhân sự tích lũy từ 2 - 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí tương đương; có lợi thế lớn nếu đã từng công tác trong môi trường doanh nghiệp Nhật Bản (Chấp nhận sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp có nền tảng bài bản để tham gia chương trình đào tạo nội bộ).
- Làm chủ và sử dụng thuần thục phần mềm thiết kế AutoCAD.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có khả năng sử dụng Tiếng Anh tốt trong trao đổi công việc.
- Cẩn trọng, tỉ mỉ khi làm việc với hồ sơ giấy tờ, có tinh thần trách nhiệm và khả năng phối hợp nhóm hiệu quả.
