Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Nhân Viên Kho (Máy Móc, $500, ID 21605):
- Đảm nhiệm công tác tiếp nhận, phân loại, bảo quản và điều phối tiến độ xuất - nhập các dòng vật tư, phụ tùng máy xây dựng (như máy xúc, máy ủi, cẩu, xe nâng...).
- Trực tiếp thực hiện quy trình kiểm đếm số lượng, đánh giá tình trạng chất lượng linh kiện khi nhập kho; thiết lập thủ tục xuất hàng đáp ứng chính xác theo đơn hàng hoặc lệnh vật tư sửa chữa.
- Thiết lập sơ đồ lưu trữ kho hàng khoa học, tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn an toàn lao động, tối ưu hóa không gian lưu kho giúp công tác truy xuất phụ tùng (cả chủng loại kích thước nhỏ lẫn các thiết bị tải trọng nặng) diễn ra nhanh chóng.
- Giám sát biến động sản lượng hàng tồn hàng ngày và định kỳ tháng; lập báo cáo Nhập - Xuất - Tồn chi tiết để tiến hành đối soát số liệu cùng bộ phận Kế toán trên phần mềm MISA.
- Duy trì tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh khu vực lưu giữ, kiểm soát tình trạng kỹ thuật hàng hóa, chủ động triển khai các giải pháp phòng ngừa rỉ sét, hư hỏng và thất thoát vật tư.
- Thực hiện lập phiếu giao nhận, hồ sơ kiểm kê định kỳ và lập báo cáo quản lý tài sản kho theo yêu cầu của Quản lý trực tiếp.
Requirement
- Nhân sự Nam, độ tuổi dưới 35.
- Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên thuộc các ngành Kinh tế, Lập kế hoạch, Kỹ thuật hoặc các mảng liên quan.
- Tích lũy từ 1 - 2 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế ở vị trí Quản lý kho hàng hóa máy móc, thiết bị kỹ thuật hoặc phụ tùng (đặc biệt ưu tiên nhân sự có kinh nghiệm từ ngành máy xây dựng, thiết bị làm đường, xe nâng hạ).
- Có kinh nghiệm thao tác dữ liệu trên phần mềm quản lý/kế toán MISA.
- Tiếng Anh văn bản cơ bản để làm việc với hệ thống phần mềm và mã phụ tùng.
- Nhanh nhẹn, cẩn trọng, trung thực, có sức khỏe tốt và tinh thần trách nhiệm cao với công việc.
