Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tìm kiếm Nhân Viên Kế Hoạch Sản Xuất (Tiếng Trung, 600$, ID17782):
- Xây dựng và điều phối kế hoạch sản xuất theo chu kỳ ngày, tuần, tháng nhằm đáp ứng tiến độ và nhu cầu sản xuất của nhà máy.
- Theo dõi sát sao lượng tồn kho nguyên vật liệu để đảm bảo luôn có đủ vật tư cần thiết phục vụ sản xuất.
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với bộ phận Mua hàng để triển khai đặt mua nguyên liệu đúng theo kế hoạch đã đề ra.
- Giám sát quá trình sản xuất tại xưởng, kịp thời phát hiện và xử lý các tình huống gây ảnh hưởng đến tiến độ giao hàng.
- Cập nhật thường xuyên thông tin về tiến độ sản xuất và tình hình cung ứng vật tư, đồng thời tổng hợp và báo cáo cho cấp quản lý và các phòng ban liên quan.
- Phối hợp giải quyết các phát sinh liên quan đến việc chậm trễ nguyên vật liệu hoặc trì hoãn trong quá trình sản xuất.
- Đảm bảo toàn bộ hoạt động sản xuất được thực hiện đúng quy trình đã thiết lập, hạn chế tối đa sự hao hụt và lãng phí nguyên vật liệu.
- Quản trị và cập nhật dữ liệu kế hoạch trên hệ thống phần mềm quản lý như ERP hoặc SAP, nhằm phục vụ công tác theo dõi và báo cáo
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ; từ 25 - 35 tuổi;
- Tốt nghiệp trung cấp trở lên;
- Có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Nhân viên kế hoạch sản xuất, sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm máy tính, ưu tiên biết sử dụng phần mềm SAP và ERP;
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo 4 kỹ năng
