Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài đang cần tuyển vị trí Nhân Viên Kế Hoạch Sản Xuất (Tiếng Anh, $500, ID21426):
- Tiếp nhận, xử lý và theo dõi đơn hàng từ khách hàng đến khi hoàn thành giao hàng.
- Lập và theo dõi kế hoạch sản xuất, phát hành chỉ thị sản xuất theo từng khách hàng.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận Sales, Kho, Mua hàng, Sản xuất và Vận chuyển để đảm bảo tiến độ sản xuất và giao hàng.
- Cập nhật dữ liệu đơn hàng, sản lượng và các thay đổi trên hệ thống quản lý.
- Theo dõi thay đổi thiết kế từ khách hàng, xử lý các phát sinh và báo cáo tình hình thực hiện cho cấp trên.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công.
Requirement
- Nữ, từ 24 tuổi trở lên
- Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên các chuyên ngành Quản lý sản xuất, Kinh tế, Kỹ thuật hoặc liên quan.
- Có từ 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm kế hoạch sản xuất tại công ty sản xuất; ưu tiên ngành linh kiện điện tử, công ty Nhật hoặc FDI.
- Sử dụng Tiếng Anh thành thạo trong công việc và báo cáo.
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng, đặc biệt là Excel và Email.
