Job Description
- Kiểm tra định kỳ máy tính, máy in, camera, máy chấm công, thiết bị mạng…
- Cài đặt hệ điều hành, driver và phần mềm cơ bản.
- Quản lý hồ sơ thiết bị và cập nhật danh mục tài sản IT.
- Xử lý các sự cố máy tính, máy in, mạng và hướng dẫn nhân viên sử dụng thiết bị và phần mềm đúng cách.
- Đảm bảo mạng nội bộ (LAN/Wi-Fi), cấu hình router, switch và thiết bị mạng hoạt động ổn định.
- Sao lưu dữ liệu quan trọng, đảm bảo an toàn thông tin.
- Bảo trì máy tính, máy in, thiết bị scan ở khu vực sản xuất.
- Hỗ trợ kết nối hệ thống sản xuất (như ERP, MES) và thiết lập thiết bị IT cho hội nghị, sự kiện.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ, Độ tuổi: Dưới 35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành CNTT, điện – điện tử, mạng máy tính, kỹ thuật phần mềm...
- Có từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm phụ trách IT trong nhà máy sản xuất, có kiến thức cơ bản về phần cứng máy tính và mạng.
- Được đạo tạo thêm về chuyên môn
- Tiếng Trung sử dụng được trong công việc
