Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài hiện đang tuyển vị trí Nhân viên Hành chính – Nhân sự Tiếng Nhật (Sản xuất, $1000, ID19385):
- Thực hiện các nghiệp vụ chấm công, tính lương, và chế độ phúc lợi cho người lao động
- Quản lý hồ sơ BHXH, BHYT, BHTN, thực hiện thủ tục tăng/giảm lao động.
- Soạn thảo văn bản, quy trình, quy chế nội bộ theo yêu cầu của Ban lãnh đạo.
- Quản lý công tác hành chính văn phòng tại nhà máy (văn phòng phẩm, tài sản, công tác văn thư lưu trữ, hậu cần...)
- Trao đổi, làm việc với cấp trên người Nhật, chuẩn bị và xử lý các tài liệu hành chính khi cần thiết.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học
- Trình độ tiếng Nhật: sư dụng tốt trong công việc (N3 trở lên)
- Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 2 năm trong lĩnh vực hành chính – nhân sự, ưu tiên ứng viên đã làm việc tại nhà máy hoặc công ty sản xuất.
