Job Description
- Tìm kiếm, nghiên cứu cơ hội đầu tư và đề xuất chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư
- Nghiên cứu, đề xuất phân khúc sản phẩm bất động sản (bao gồm đất nhà ở và đất công nghiệp), định hướng phát triển cho dự án đầu tư
- Chủ trì/phối hợp lập, thẩm định, phê duyệt báo cáo đề xuất dự án
- Chủ trì/phối hợp theo bám Cơ quan nhà nước các công việc liên quan đến đầu tư dự án đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định của Công ty và pháp luật
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Lãnh đạo quản lý trực tiếp
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ, Độ tuổi: 28-45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Kinh doanh bất động sản, Thương mại, Kinh tế, Quản trị kinh doanh, Luật, Xây dựng
- Có 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm trong lĩnh vực đầu tư dự án các mảng: chung cư, đường, cầu cảng,…
- Có bằng lái xe B1/B2
