Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển dụng vị trí Nhân Viên Điều Phối Vận Tải ($500+, ID-17889)
-
Nhận và xử lý đơn hàng vận chuyển từ khách hàng.

Lập kế hoạch, điều phối và phân bổ đơn hàng cho các nhà thầu vận tải.
-
Gửi thông tin xe và thời gian giao nhận cho kho và khách hàng.
-
Giám sát tiến trình giao nhận hàng, đảm bảo theo đúng lịch trình.
-
Hướng dẫn lái xe về bộ chứng từ cần thiết khi nhận và giao hàng.
-
Hỗ trợ xử lý các sự cố phát sinh: thiếu hàng, hư hỏng, thu hộ COD,...
-
Theo dõi, cập nhật và báo cáo tiến độ giao hàng trên hệ thống.
-
Phối hợp thu hồi đầy đủ chứng từ giao hàng từ tài xế.
-
Ghi nhận chi phí phát sinh và làm báo cáo thanh toán đối soát.
-
Làm việc với nhân viên CSKH và nhà thầu để nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ.
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm điều phối xe tải tại công ty logistics hoặc 3PL
- Biết sử dụng Excel, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm với WMS
- Hiểu biết về địa lý khu vực Miền Nam
- Ưu tien UV có tiếng anh đọc, viết, hiểu văn bản
