Job Description
- Gọi điện và/hoặc gặp gỡ khách hàng để cập nhật thông tin, giải quyết kịp thời các khiếu nại/yêu cầu của Khách hàng.
- Hỗ trợ khách hàng chuẩn bị và nộp hồ sơ thủ tục liên quan
- Phối hợp với các Phòng ban nội bộ và chính quyền địa phương, các cơ quan liên quan để hỗ trợ khách hàng trong hoạt động kinh doanh.
- Theo dõi chặt chẽ các vấn đề còn tồn đọng và đảm bảo khách hàng luôn được cập nhật tiến độ.
- Dịch tài liệu từ tiếng Việt sang tiếng Trung và ngược lại.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác được giao bởi cấp trên.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ, Độ tuổi: <35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học
- Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí CSKH, tự tin, giỏi giao tiếp,nhạy bén
- Có tiếng Trung thành thạo, có thêm ngoại ngữ khác là 1 lợi thế
